About the Role
• Perform light repairs such as patching walls, painting, and tightening fixtures. • Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and air filters as needed. • Assist with minor plumbing issues, including unclogging drains and fixing small leaks. • Move and lift office furniture or equipment up to 50 lb. • Maintain cleanliness in common areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. • Conduct routine facility inspections and report issues to management. • Assist with setting up office spaces or meeting rooms as required. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.

What You Bring
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Handyman/Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance and repair tasks in our office building. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of building upkeep and a willingness to learn. No certifications are required, but hands‑on experience with tools and minor repairs is a plus. The position is based in an indoor office environment with occasional outdoor work and physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Employees must be able to safely lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lb. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance techniques. • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects safely. • Good communication and time‑management skills. • Work independently and follow instructions. • Dependable and punctual.
