About the Role

• Plan, organize, and execute safety administrative and performance requirements per contract specs, EM‑385, OSHA, and RQ Safety Management System. • Integrate with project teams to support safe production of quality work. • Provide on‑site oversight of daily activities for assigned direct reports.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of applied experience in commercial construction and five years of construction safety management at the jobsite level. They must possess competent‑person training or experience in fall protection, confined spaces, electrical work, trenching/excavation, PPE, and scaffolding, and have documented safety training averaging 24 hours per year for five consecutive years. Preferred qualifications include experience with NAVFAC or USACE clients and familiarity with EM‑385‑1‑1 standards. Professional certifications such as CHST, OHST, or ASP are beneficial, and candidates should hold current CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour certifications issued within the past five years. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required; experience with Viewpoint or RMS/QCS software is a plus. RQC is an equal‑opportunity employer. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000, depending on experience, plus a vehicle allowance and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
