About the Role

The ES Territory Executive II role focuses on direct sales and relationship management for both new and existing customers, assessing their environmental services needs such as recycling, waste, and compliance‑based solutions. The incumbent meets regularly with customers to introduce the full range of service offerings and discovers opportunities to expand those offerings within assigned and target accounts. Key responsibilities include maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, developing and communicating detailed customer plans, and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking. The executive must understand customer operations and regulatory requirements to design customized solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure alignment with customer goals while utilizing the CRM daily to track activities and leads. Additional duties involve market and competitive analysis, timely completion of agreements and proposals, and other job‑related tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

Candidates need technical knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. The role requires the ability to build long‑term customer relationships and 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer‑facing position within the waste industry, along with a valid driver’s license.
