About the Role

The Project Sales Manager (PSM) will lead growth in the multifamily, hospitality, mixed‑use, and light commercial segments across an assigned territory. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with developers, owners, contractors, architects, and design firms to influence product selection and specification. • Develop and execute a regional business plan targeting multifamily, hospitality, and mixed‑use developers, owners, contractors, and design‑build firms. • Identify and convert project opportunities, driving specification and standardization of Delta Faucet products across portfolios. • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, property managers, and plumbing contractors to increase brand preference. • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Regional Directors, and Agency Partners to align strategies and optimize market coverage. • Track, manage, and grow a pipeline of multi‑unit and light commercial projects using CRM and project‑tracking tools such as ConstructConnect or Dodge. • Deliver persuasive presentations and product training to decision‑makers and specifiers. • Partner with marketing, product management, and operations to support large bids and resolve specification or construction challenges. • Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and forecasting. • Represent Delta Faucet at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to elevate visibility.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and have at least five years of sales or sales‑management experience, preferably in project or specification sales. They must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, and be adept at managing multiple projects in a matrixed environment. • Travel 30–50% of the time across the assigned territory, including overnight trips. • Hold a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and a minimum of five years of sales or sales‑management experience. • Possess project sales/specification sales experience and strong analytical capabilities. • Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and the ability to develop long‑term relationships with developers and contractors. • Demonstrate proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), sales forecasting tools, Microsoft Office, and Power BI. • Be self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently within a matrixed organization.
