About the Role

As a senior team member you will lead the development of modern, scalable iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and the latest Apple frameworks. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create beautiful, performant, and intuitive experiences that bring our vision of seamless real‑estate discovery to life. • Develop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of users • Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices for strengthening CoStar’s platform • Create user interface layouts for customers and integrate interfaces to backend web services • Design and develop highly reusable and maintainable systems and libraries • Collaborate with other iOS developers and cross‑functional teams to share ideas and improvements

The position is based in Irvine, CA with a schedule of four days onsite and one day remote.
