About the Role

The Technical Designer role focuses on delivering high-quality construction documents and project deliverables. Working across all phases—from schematic design through construction administration—the designer collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and project managers and reports directly to the Production Director. In this position, you will leverage design software to produce presentations, develop Revit‑based architectural drawings, and compile plans and permitting packages. You will also coordinate document preparation with team members and contribute to Revit model development throughout the design stage, while supporting the construction administration effort. • Create presentations using design software. • Produce architectural construction documents in Revit. • Assemble plans and documentation for permitting. • Coordinate construction document preparation with team members. • Build Revit models during the design phase. • Support architects and project managers during construction administration. • Manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline and ideally have 1–3 years of professional experience. Required competencies include strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and organizational skills, proven proficiency with Revit, excellent customer service, creativity, integrity, initiative, the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, and effective oral and written communication. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. • Possess 1–3 years of professional experience (preferred). • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and teamwork abilities. • Show proficiency with Revit. • Exhibit strong organizational skills. • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

The compensation package offers a salary range of $52,000 to $78,000, adjusted for experience, education, location, and internal equity, with potential discretionary bonuses.
