About the Role

• Serve as operational backbone for multiple products, enabling efficient and financially disciplined delivery • Manage end‑to‑end operational processes: delivery tracking, governance documentation, spend management, vendor engagement, timesheet oversight, and invoice reconciliation • Maintain integrated delivery plans across product teams • Support Engineering Managers with sprint/iteration reporting and resource planning • Track progress against product roadmaps and surface key performance indicators • Own intake, submission, and tracking of TSM requests • Drive CAR documentation requirements • Align spend requests with finance, procurement, and architecture guidelines • Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding of vendor resources • Manage vendor statements of work, extensions, and capacity planning • Review contractor and vendor timesheets and reconcile them with invoices • Support finance with accruals and audits • Facilitate communication across engineering, finance, procurement, and product teams • Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements • Standardize repeatable operational processes

What You Bring

• Own operational artifacts such as status reports and spend dashboards • 5–8 years of product operations, program management, or technology operations experience • Strong understanding of engineering workflows • Excellent communication and financial acumen • Experience managing vendor relationships and timesheet/invoice controls • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Science
