About the Role

• Support strategy projects across business‑unit strategy development, performance tracking and KPI analysis, transformation and strategic initiative execution • Build and maintain analytical models in Excel for financial analysis, scenario evaluation, and business case development • Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis to inform strategic decision‑making • Develop hypotheses and strategic options, evaluating their financial and operational implications • Translate analysis into executive‑ready slides and summaries, emphasizing “so‑what” and decision relevance • Prepare materials for leadership reviews, steering committees, and ad‑hoc executive discussions • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Business Units as needed

What You Bring

The Corporate Strategy Intern supports the Corporate Strategy function on high‑priority initiatives related to strategy development, performance management, and enterprise transformation. This role is designed for high‑achieving students who demonstrate strong analytical ability, intellectual rigor, and the potential to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders. The internship is analytical and outcome‑oriented, and interns will contribute to real workstreams rather than observe from the sidelines. • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to structure complex problems and derive actionable insights • High proficiency in Excel or comparable tools; familiarity with financial modeling concepts • Ability to distill complex analysis into clear, concise messages for executive audiences • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a high bar for quality • Professional maturity and comfort operating in a fast‑paced corporate environment • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field • Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, strategy, banking, or analytics is a plus • Coursework or projects involving financial modeling, valuation, or strategic analysis highly desirable • Graduate students or undergraduates who have completed at least three years of coursework preferred

Compensation for the role is $21.00‑$25.00 hourly, based on education, experience, and geographic market.
