OTS Preconstruction Project Coordinator
Assist OTS Pre‑Con PM with project setup, tracking, scheduling, budgeting, and handoff.

About the Role
The Operational Technology Solutions (OTS) organization delivers state‑of‑the‑art OT solutions that maximize energy yield of utility‑scale renewable generation plants. This role assists in moving awarded projects through OTS pre‑construction processes and project set‑up, and can be performed fully remote or in a hybrid model with regular in‑office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR. Key duties include overseeing pre‑construction scope, schedule and budget, maintaining trackers, coordinating hand‑off calls, generating job start forms, kicking off design, drafting bills of materials, processing contracts and agreements, tracking SOW exhibits, updating schedules, handling financial reporting, and importing project budgets into CMiC. The incumbent also supports continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency. Performance is measured by successful project set‑up and hand‑off to execution teams, promotion of collaboration and knowledge sharing, and delivery of accurate, high‑quality work products. • Assist OTS Pre-Con PM in overseeing OTS EPC projects during the pre-construction phase, including scope, schedule, and budget. • Assist in maintaining OTS Pre-Construction Tracker. • Attend all BD to Pre-Con handoff calls. • Generate job start forms/setting projects up in CMiC. • Assist in kicking off OTS design as directed by the OTS Pre-Con PM. • Assist in collaborating with procurement teams to draft project Bill of Materials (BOM) and processing integrator contracts. • Assist in collaborating with EPC Pre-Con in processing SOLV-to-SOLV Agreements. • Assist in tracking and reviewing SOW exhibits. • Assist in reviewing and updating project schedules. • Assist in financial/month end reporting for projects during pre-construction phase. • Assist in setting up thorough project handoffs from OTS Pre-Con to OTS PMs. • Assist in collaborating with EPC teams to process and import full project budgets into CMiC. • Support a culture of continuous improvement and look for opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

What You Bring
Minimum requirements are general knowledge of SCADA or OT system design, strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills, resource planning, cost‑budget management, ability to read power, networking and control schematics, experience with scheduling software such as Oracle P6 or Microsoft Project, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of utility‑scale PV solar experience and familiarity with renewable generation monitoring designs.
