About the Role

Partner the best. As a Pipe Systems Tendering Engineer you will work within a multidisciplinary team to design technical solutions for proposals to global customers on major projects, owning the design engineering in our tendering process for subsea flexible pipe systems. You will design solutions, perform detailed engineering assessments, and facilitate input from other disciplines to build successful system proposals. The role offers an opportunity to learn about the products and services of a global business whilst developing your engineering skillset as part of our diverse technical business. • Develop pipe systems designs using sound engineering practice to meet customer specifications. • Serve as the technical focal point for the tendering process, owning solutions and risk mitigation. • Provide technical support from early concept evaluation through full tender proposal. • Perform engineering calculations with company software and design guidelines to verify pipe structures and ancillary items. • Facilitate engineering output from other departments and sub‑suppliers to ensure quality deliverables. • Communicate technical proposal aspects to internal and external stakeholders as company representative. • Offer technical expertise and collaborate closely with commercial and sales teams. • Maintain commercial awareness of markets and customer economic value to inform strategy. • Contribute to process and tool improvements, including product development and cost‑out initiatives. • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing time, output, and risk effectively. • Take advantage of tailored financial programs.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role you will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Mathematics and be an active solution seeker who owns tasks and drives collaborative solutions. Experience in tendering and offshore industry work is desirable, and strong oral and written communication skills are essential. You must be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously, managing time, output and risk, and contribute as a team player within a close engineering team dynamic. • Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics. • Be an active solution seeker who owns tasks and drives collaborative solutions. • Possess tendering experience (desirable). • Have offshore industry experience (beneficial). • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. • Show proven analytical and organizational ability. • Enjoy flexible working patterns with co‑location options in UK offices.
