What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced roofer who also has skills in other trades to deliver first‑class service to properties across Merton, Morden, Wimbledon and surrounding areas. The Multi‑Trade Operative will handle a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and on time. Applicants must be a reliable roofer with additional trade experience, demonstrate strong customer care, and hold a valid UK driving licence. The position requires passing a Basic Criminal Record Check and eligibility to work and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment. • Hold a valid UK driving licence (company van provided for work use). • Pass a Basic Criminal Record Check. • Be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales throughout employment.

Benefits
The position offers a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 and includes eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in Merton, Morden and Wimbledon, working 40 hours per week on a permanent contract.
