Lead civil engineering projects, design site plans, manage teams, and oversee project delivery.

About the Role
• Lead project teams of 2‑3 engineers, providing technical expertise and project oversight. • Design and plan civil engineering projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, paving, and utility designs. • Prepare stormwater management designs, calculations, and reports to meet local government standards. • Coordinate designs with other engineering disciplines and architectural project leads. • Prepare specifications and contract documents. • Assist project teams in obtaining site development approvals and permits. • Perform quantity take‑off calculations and cost estimates as needed. • Execute complex assignments, applying judgment to select and modify engineering techniques and procedures. • Plan and develop projects or design activities with significant impact on major company programs. • Serve as Project Manager on larger projects when required. • Lead and collaborate effectively with project teams.

What You Bring
• Utilize Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other civil engineering software. • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Bring at least 10 years of design experience managing civil/site design projects. • Possess a Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. • Demonstrate project engineering and project management experience.
