About the Role

The position leads the organisation’s total reward strategy, partnering with senior leadership and the Remuneration Committee to design and deliver programmes that align with business objectives. It provides expert guidance, manages supplier relationships, and ensures reward plans support long‑term goals and improve performance. • Define and deploy pay benchmarking strategy. • Oversee reward technology, platforms, and tools. • Ensure KPIs for monitoring reward execution. • Manage global benefits and mobility policies. • Implement variable pay and recognition plans. • Drive communication and engagement on reward strategy. • Provide thought leadership and compliance oversight. • Lead high‑performing reward teams and stakeholder relationships.
