About the Role

• Serve as primary contact and build long‑term customer relationships. • Liaise between customers and internal teams via email, phone, presentations, screen‑share, and in‑person meetings. • Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors. • Ensure timely delivery of services aligned with customer objectives. • Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Forecast and track key account and project metrics. • Enhance department reputation by taking ownership of new requests and adding value. • Maintain client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to secure new solar projects. • Collaborate with Electrical, Site Maintenance, and Project Analytics teams to onboard and manage projects.

What You Bring

The company is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its growing Solar Operations and Maintenance group. This remote role will support clients and projects on the East Coast, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring successful service delivery. • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field and 5+ years of account management experience. • Preferred: Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organization levels. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and verbal/written communication abilities. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new applications. • Self‑motivated relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity. • Ability to prioritize tasks, think critically, and solve problems. • Strong time and project management skills, continuously improving inefficient processes.
