About the Role
• Read specifications to locate and shape curbing. • Install string guides and spray paint for machine alignment. • Brush cement‑water mix onto pavement for bonding. • Set up curb‑forming die and operate the curb‑extruding machine. • Assist site safety and quality programs, ensuring subcontractor compliance. • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers. • Form, pour, and finish curb, gutter, and storm‑drain boxes.

What You Bring
The company is seeking a Concrete Finisher for its Huntsville, Alabama/North Alabama operations, reporting to the General Manager of Construction & Superintendent. The role requires demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation, and must include verifiable curb‑and‑gutter experience, especially with curb machines. • Smooth curbing edges, cut expansion joints, and apply curing/sealing compounds. • Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating teamwork and leadership. • Possess 1.5–3 years curb‑and‑gutter experience; machine operation a plus. • Exhibit strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, creativity, and self‑motivation. • Have reliable transportation and pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
