About the Role

• Analyze and process a high volume of Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Change Orders (CO). • Request change order pricing from Estimating. • Enter and process change orders in the ERP system. • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate, timely processing. • Evaluate change order submittals for internal and external customer compliance. • Coordinate with Engineering team members and customers to meet project timelines. • Expedite responses, corrections, or solutions with engineering and other departments as needed. • Serve as the single point of contact for change orders. • Maintain individual workflow to provide current ECR/CO status and prioritize work. • Assist other departments in clarifying ECR/CO status. • Run weekly check‑in meetings with Project Managers and take notes for Daily Production Meetings. • Schedule Print Review meetings. • Maintain Engineering Metrics.

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in a similar role/industry preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. • Experience navigating and retrieving information in an ERP system (preferred). • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Project Managers, Estimators, and other teams. • Strong task orientation and attention to detail. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing business environment.
