About the Role

The role includes managing project processes, financial performance, scope delivery, resource coordination, and subcontractor relationships, with a focus on preventing scope creep and implementing corrective actions. • Follow project processes and guide the project team • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet contractual requirements • Track and manage financial performance, including planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and cost re‑estimation • Ensure delivery of contracted scope and obtain change orders for scope creep • Coordinate materials, manage shared resources, identify constraints, and implement corrective actions • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and address issues promptly

What You Bring

The company seeks an entry‑level Project Management professional to collaborate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and operations staff, ensuring building‑automation system projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED • Minimum 2 years of project management experience • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 20 lbs • Degree, associate, or technical certification in HVAC, Controls, or related field • Experience with building automation systems (e.g., WebCTRL) and HVAC controls • Working knowledge of TCP/IP and wireless networks • Strong communication skills for translating technical information to non‑technical audiences
