About the Role

The specialist will report to the Outsourced Labor Manager and provide clerical and administrative support to a fast‑paced recruiting team, helping both office and field operations run smoothly. This position plays a key part in ensuring labor needs are met efficiently across the organization. • Provide fast‑paced clerical support to the recruiting team. • Contact third‑party staffing agencies and post jobs using the ATS system. • Communicate with hiring managers regarding field labor placement. • Support foremen with immediate field labor needs. • Assist in managing temporary labor, including CIP enrollment and processing. • Process site‑specific badging and orientation requests. • Perform word processing and create spreadsheets.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. • Prior construction or field labor experience preferred. • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS). • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of office management procedures. • Typing speed of 60+ wpm (preferred).
