By uniting planners, engineers, architects, construction managers, environmental specialists, economists, consultants and other experts, HDR solves complex mobility challenges with innovation, technical excellence and a deep understanding of community needs, shaping the future of mobility. • Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures • Perform assignments under direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager • Assist engineers with design and analysis tasks • Support development of reports and documentation for design projects • Organize and maintain project files and records • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines • Conduct basic research on codes, standards and contracts as needed

What You Bring
Candidates should be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem‑solving and communication abilities, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and a commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned, inclusive culture. Preferred applicants have completed at least two years toward their degree with a 3.0+ GPA and possess knowledge of industry‑relevant software.
