About the Role

• Work in an integrated planning, cost and risk environment to optimize resources and meet budget and time constraints • Follow established planning and scheduling methodology when developing the project schedule • Develop project milestone and progress‑tracking baselines • Assess subcontractor compliance with the scheduling methodology • Contribute to work breakdown structure development for performance measurement • Analyze schedule data to identify trends, issues and communicate findings to the Project Director and team • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external clients on the project schedule • Coach and mentor the planning team • Lead schedule reporting, including forecast updates and contingency management for specific work packages • Ensure timely schedule updates, analysis and reports • Ensure contractor schedules align with integrated schedules and milestones • Analyze resource requirements and availability impacts, recommending recovery options • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

What You Bring

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director – Scheduling for its US Infrastructure team. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record of managing schedules on construction projects, with mandatory US infrastructure construction experience. The associate director will operate within an integrated planning, cost and risk environment to ensure project scopes are completed within budget and time constraints. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a related field • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management or engineering preferred • Minimum 8 years of civil infrastructure construction experience in a scheduling role for major programs • Experience in complex, fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination • Proficient with network planning structures, Primavera P6 (or higher) and Microsoft Project • Ability to support broader business initiatives such as responding to RFPs • Strong presentation, verbal, written, organizational and communication skills

Benefits

The position offers a full‑time salary range of $175K‑$190K per year, reflecting base salary only and subject to adjustment based on experience and qualifications.
