About the Role
In this role you will lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities, monitor equipment performance, and guide the team in addressing operational needs. You will also support continuous‑improvement initiatives, promote safety and environmental compliance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet production and maintenance goals. The work environment involves operating around moving mechanical equipment and exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and high noise levels.
