What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, and be familiar with various construction and industrial tools. Preferred qualifications include prior equipment‑rental experience, strong customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative abilities, and completion of the DOT qualification process; bilingual ability may be advantageous in some locations. • Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime
