Job Highlights
About the Role
Assemblers are responsible for building pre‑ and sub‑assembly components, conducting ground bond testing, and packing completed electrical systems using hand tools and PIV equipment. They must read blueprints, work with the Manufacturing Tracking System (MTS) and On‑Floor Sheets (OFS), and collaborate with Quality to drive continuous improvement, report turnbacks, and document defects or supplier failures. • Assemble mechanical components following MTS or OFS work instructions. • Utilize PIV equipment for crating and packing requirements. • Perform basic assembly rework to resolve identified defects. • Drive Tier 1, 5S, and cross‑training initiatives via the shop floor management system. • Participate in Level I OJT and cross‑training for Level II assembly tasks. • Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors or managers. • Apply computer applications and product documents to ensure compliance. • Train colleagues on product configurations to facilitate knowledge transfer. • Collaborate well with team members and follow directions promptly.

What You Bring
