About the Role

The Senior National Account Manager will join the Omnichannel Retail Sales team, working directly with Home Depot and cross‑functional partners such as Finance, Customer Solutions, Operations, Product Marketing, and Channel Marketing to drive customer advocacy and sales growth. • Develop and maintain an omnichannel growth playbook for Home Depot. • Lead promotional planning, execution, and performance metric tracking. • Align sales goals with internal and external decision‑makers. • Negotiate customer programs to achieve profitable growth. • Build new operations and fulfillment capabilities to improve execution. • Optimize pricing, promotion, advertising, and supply chain for digital shelf placement. • Conduct internal and customer‑facing meetings to ensure project accountability. • Partner with brand, product, and channel teams to create growth strategies across all Home Depot platforms. • Cultivate cross‑brand, cross‑functional, and cross‑BU relationships for best‑in‑class strategies. • Manage operational controls, including forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain coordination.

What You Bring

• BS in Business or Marketing (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience. • eCommerce account management experience with a major omnichannel retailer. • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze data; Power BI knowledge a plus. • Excellent relationship‑building, influencing, and communication skills at all organization levels. • Proven problem‑solving, decision‑making, and multi‑project prioritization abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment; willingness to travel 20% of the time.
