About the Role
The associate will manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, control inventory, maintain the warehouse’s physical condition, operate equipment such as forklifts, load trucks, prepare jobs and materials for crews, clean trucks, and deliver materials or staff to job sites. • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures. • Control inventory levels through physical counts. • Plan and implement new warehouse layout designs, inspect equipment, issue work orders for repair, and requisition replacements. • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to place products and materials correctly. • Load and log materials onto trucks, noting returned items. • Prepare jobs and materials for all crews. • Clean trucks inside and out. • Deliver materials and transport employees to job sites.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license, have 1‑2 years of warehouse experience, be able to lift 50 lb regularly, understand safe warehouse practices, be willing to deliver products daily, possess forklift experience, and preferably know home‑remodeling or construction materials. • Valid driver’s license. • 1–2 years of warehouse experience. • Ability to lift 50 lb regularly. • Knowledge of safe warehouse practices. • Willingness to deliver product between offices daily. • Forklift experience required. • Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials (preferred).
