About the Role

The Contract Supervisor role oversees vendor relationships, operational expectations, and contract support to ensure service delivery, cost control, compliance, and risk mitigation in line with client expectations. The position collaborates with operations, sourcing, finance, and client stakeholders to deliver consistent, high‑quality services. Daily duties include managing vendor contracts through onboarding, execution, amendments, renewals and close‑out, ensuring contracts clearly define scope, pricing, service levels, KPIs, compliance and risk provisions. The supervisor monitors performance, maintains documentation, identifies improvement opportunities, supports RFP/RFQ processes, and drives cost‑saving and value‑added initiatives while ensuring compliance with JLL and client policies. • Oversee vendor contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from onboarding to close‑out. • Ensure contracts define scope, pricing, service levels, KPIs, compliance requirements, and risk provisions. • Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs, driving continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate, accessible contract documentation for operational teams. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase contract management efficiency. • Support sourcing initiatives by participating in RFP/RFQ processes and supplier negotiations. • Identify cost‑saving, value‑added, and leveraged spend opportunities across the portfolio. • Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing, contracting, governance, and client‑specific policies. • Act as primary liaison between JLL, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve issues. • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and consistent communication.

What You Bring

Candidates need at least two years of vendor or contract management experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and analytical and organizational abilities. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of facilities management, experience in regulated environments, and a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
