About the Role

The Finance Manager is responsible for providing support to operations and applying accounting principles with sound judgment and discretion to daily processes. This role ensures accurate financial reporting and effective collaboration with operational teams. • Maintain understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure. • Ensure accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closes. • Deliver timely monthly financial reports. • Define accounting service scope and monthly operating report content with operations and clients. • Review and approve monthly and annual operating reports. • Monitor departmental workloads to optimize resource use. • Uphold high accuracy and customer service standards among team members. • Reconcile intercompany accounts and balances promptly. • Recommend improvements to accounting processes. • Address special financial reporting inquiries. • Manage year‑end audit and periodic closing processes. • Lead, train, and coach the team on processes, controls, and performance management.

What You Bring

The role also involves regular use of hands for operating office machinery. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of accounting experience (or equivalent). • Proficient with accounting/database software and advanced Microsoft Excel. • Strong delegation, hands‑on contribution, and coaching abilities. • Results‑oriented with urgency, analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Effective time management, organization, and attention to detail. • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service. • Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $106,250‑$125,000, with pay adjusted for location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off.
