About the Role

The Employee Housing Attendant supports the Gozzer Ranch experience by providing prompt, professional service to all employees, fostering a safe, inclusive community, and maintaining courteous relationships with every team member. The attendant resolves all employee housing‑related inquiries via in‑person, phone, or email, documents each request for future reference, and escalates issues to the appropriate channels in a timely manner. Key duties include evening and late‑night supervision of the Ranch House, enforcing quiet hours, and coordinating with management, security, or law enforcement when necessary. The role also covers daily cleaning, organization, basic yard work, and general upkeep of communal areas, as well as maintaining an occupancy calendar and assisting with move‑in and move‑out preparations. The attendant conducts room inspections, enforces Ranch House expectations, manages the checkout and return of company equipment such as bicycles and paddleboards, and communicates maintenance needs through the MaintainX portal. Support is also provided for off‑site employee housing units, including pre‑season preparation, cleaning, inspections, and coordination of occupancy details. International employee support involves coordinating travel, arrival, and housing move‑ins, assisting with U.S. worker documentation and bank account setup, planning cultural outings, and handling departure logistics. • Provide prompt, professional service to all employees and maintain courteous relationships. • Resolve employee housing inquiries in person, by phone, or email, and document each request. • Supervise Ranch House evenings, enforce quiet hours, and coordinate with security or law enforcement when needed. • Perform daily cleaning, organization, basic landscaping, and upkeep of communal areas. • Maintain an up‑to‑date occupancy calendar and coordinate move‑in and move‑out preparations. • Conduct room inspections, enforce Ranch House expectations, and report results to management. • Manage checkout and return of company equipment such as bicycles, paddleboards, and games. • Communicate maintenance and extra cleaning tasks through the MaintainX portal. • Prepare off‑site employee housing units, including cleaning, laundry, and inspections. • Support international employees with travel coordination, U.S. documentation, bank setup, and cultural events. • Assist with departure logistics and move‑out procedures for international program employees. • Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights, in all weather conditions. • Perform light physical tasks, lifting up to 25 lb regularly and up to 75 lb occasionally.

What You Bring

Required skills include bilingual English‑Spanish ability (preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), strong communication and people skills, exceptional organization and time‑management, and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
