About the Role
In this role you will professionally install HVAC equipment and accessories according to manufacturer specifications and local codes, ensure safe operation of new installations, and clearly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance while fostering positive relationships and offering additional company products and services. You will adhere to all safety rules, never sell unnecessary repairs, explain the benefits of high‑efficiency equipment, maintain a clean and safe company vehicle, and actively generate HVAC leads to meet performance targets. • Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessories per manufacturer specs and local codes. • Ensure safe operation of new installations and educate customers on care and maintenance. • Build positive customer relationships, upsell company products, and solve problems to ensure satisfaction. • Follow all safety rules and never sell unnecessary repairs. • Explain benefits of high‑efficiency equipment to customers. • Maintain company vehicle in clean, safe condition. • Generate HVAC leads and meet CPP performance targets.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a growth mindset who have at least a Grade 12 education, a Certificate of Qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario 313D), a Gas Technician 2 license, a valid ODP certificate, a Class G driver’s license, the ability to work rotating shifts, physical capability for the job, strong communication skills, and a willingness to wear a company‑provided uniform. • Hold a minimum Grade 12 education and a Certificate of Qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario 313D). • Possess a Gas Technician 2 (G2) license, a valid ODP certificate, and a Class G driver’s license. • Able to work rotating shifts and physically perform job duties. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to learn new technologies. • Willing to wear a company‑provided uniform and exhibit a growth‑mindset, dependability, and ambition.
