About the Role

The job summary involves operating one or two pieces of equipment—such as a baler, front‑end loader, bobcat, candensifier, or forklift—to transport and bind paper or other loose materials for efficient handling. • Operate baler, front‑end loader, bobcat, candensifier, or forklift to move and bind paper or loose materials. • Sort, grade, and inspect material for quality before baling or shipping. • Record receipts, shipments, and inventory; maintain accurate worksheets and tags. • Start, monitor, and troubleshoot baler operations, responding to alarms and downtime. • Perform routine equipment maintenance such as lubrication, fueling, and cleaning. • Load and unload trailers, railcars, containers, and bins; manage material flow on conveyors. • Ensure safety compliance in all work areas and follow company safety policies. • Complete required paperwork, including load/unload tallies and vehicle condition reports.
