About the Role

The role involves producing visual content that supports design reviews and marketing, while ensuring compliance with BIM standards and performance requirements. • Create high‑quality still renders, walkthroughs, and fly‑through animations using 3ds Max and V‑Ray/Corona/Arnold. • Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera setups; optimize scenes for performance and render efficiency. • Post‑process renders with Photoshop and After Effects for marketing, presentations, and design reviews. • Convert BIM models from Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC into visualization‑ready files and ensure LOD 300‑500 compliance. • Support clash detection, visual coordination, and maintain BIM and visualization libraries. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM teams to maintain accuracy and standards.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold an engineering degree and possess extensive BIM experience, with a strong foundation in 3D visualization tools and workflows. • Require 8+ years of BIM experience and strong knowledge of 3ds Max, V‑Ray, Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Photoshop, After Effects, and AutoCAD. • Preferred experience with Unreal Engine, Lumion, or Twinmotion. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
