About the Role

Key duties include delivering engineering and technical assistance to service, MOD and new‑equipment teams, managing a callback reduction centre, analysing callback data across product models, and developing standard field processes such as maintenance procedures, technical articles, and training modules. The role also participates in factory LDC and PIC projects, incorporates field learnings, and supports turn‑back resolutions. • Provide engineering and technical support to service, MOD, and new‑equipment field teams. • Lead the callback reduction centre, analyse callback data, and implement reduction strategies. • Create and maintain standard field processes, including maintenance procedures, technical articles, and training modules. • Contribute to factory LDC and PIC projects, applying field insights to product development. • Coordinate technical issue resolution between field operations and factory engineering. • Apply analytical and problem‑solving techniques to improve service quality.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have strong technical knowledge, quality‑analysis skills, and a proven analytical problem‑solving approach. A diploma or degree in electronic/electrical engineering and at least five years of experience—preferably in the elevator industry—are required. The position demands close coordination with field operations and factory teams. • Hold a diploma or degree in electronic/electrical engineering with a minimum of five years’ experience; elevator industry background preferred.
