About the Role

The Manufacturing Clerk provides administrative and operational support on the manufacturing floor, ensuring accurate production records, documentation processing, and coordination among production, inventory, shipping, and management. The role contributes to smooth daily operations, data accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. • Enter and maintain production data, labor hours, and job tracking information in company systems. • Create, distribute, and close out production travelers, work orders, and job packets. • Track material usage, scrap, rework, and production output. • Support inventory accuracy by assisting with cycle counts and material tracking. • Prepare reports related to production, efficiency, and scheduling. • Communicate production status updates to supervisors and management. • File, organize, and maintain manufacturing and quality documentation. • Assist with scheduling, shift reports, and daily production logs. • Support shipping and receiving documentation as needed. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read work orders and basic technical documentation. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in noisy, dusty, and temperature‑varying conditions while wearing required PPE.
