About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will join a dynamic, high‑growth finance team and support strategic decision‑making through financial consolidation, analysis, and forecasting across multiple business units. The role is ideal for an analytical and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about streamlining workflows and enabling data‑driven insights. • Manage Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Software for budgeting and forecasting processes • Serve as power user and subject matter expert for Oracle EPBCS, handling troubleshooting and system optimization • Lead quarterly forecast and annual budget consolidation across all CoStar businesses • Collaborate with business unit finance teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data • Maintain metadata, hierarchies, and business rules in Oracle Planning and Budgeting • Design and create PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership to support quarterly business reviews • Own and manage the corporate financial forecast model and assist with long‑term strategic planning • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities against the budget or forecast • Foster collaborative, hands‑on communication and productive relationships within the Finance organization • Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed • Work with large datasets and integrate data from multiple systems

What You Bring
Candidates must be eligible to work full‑time in the United States; CoStar is unable to sponsor visas for this role. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field from an accredited institution • Demonstrate a track record of commitment to prior employers • Possess experience using financial and budgeting applications • Prior experience with Oracle EPM or ERP is a plus • Have 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a publicly traded or large SaaS company • Exhibit strong business acumen, excellent communication, and superior analytical skills • Show advanced financial modeling skills in Excel; experience with Smart View, Power BI, or Power Query is a plus
