About the Role
The role prioritizes safety, requiring the ability to lead and maintain safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Responsibilities include following all safety protocols and personal protective equipment, obtaining customer information for transactions, completing purchasing and shipping documents, conducting daily reconciliations, reviewing documents for regulatory compliance, coordinating rail and truck shipments, and maintaining safety records. Additional duties may be assigned by management. • Lead and enforce safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. • Use proper personal protective equipment and follow all safety protocols. • Gather required customer information for each transaction. • Complete purchasing and shipping documentation and perform daily reconciliations. • Review documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements. • Coordinate rail and truck shipments while maintaining safety records.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of cash handling and direct customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and basic math, account reconciliation, computer, and data‑entry skills. Effective verbal and written communication with customers and the ability to follow written and oral instructions are required. Flexibility to work off‑hours, weekends, holidays, and outdoors in all weather conditions is essential. • Minimum 2 years cash handling and direct customer service experience in a fast‑paced setting. • High school diploma required; college degree preferred. • Proficient in basic math, account reconciliation, computer use, and data entry. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers. • Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions. • Availability for Monday‑Friday schedule with occasional half‑day Saturday shift.
