Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently across multiple sites, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking or standing outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers are also responsible for cleaning interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions. • Sell packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability. • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb. • Perform interior cleaning and exterior grounds maintenance.

What You Bring
