About the Role

Technicians will clean and maintain refrigeration and display cases in retail and commercial settings, support preventative‑maintenance programs for well‑known brands, travel as part of a mobile team, and work independently with remote supervision. What You Bring

Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license with a good record, and be able to work at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders while meeting OSHA ladder‑safety standards. Additional requirements include a weight limit of 275 lb, ability to work outdoors in any weather, lift up to 75 lb repeatedly, and commit to 45‑50 hours per week when needed. A strong work ethic, integrity, customer‑service mindset, and comfort with technology and independent work are essential. Preferred experience includes commercial HVAC maintenance, construction or roofing, cable installation, facility or grounds maintenance, and delivery, installation, or field service roles.
