About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role oversees leasing, marketing, and resident‑relations activities for a property, requiring daily onsite attendance. Key functions include showing units, qualifying prospects, completing leasing paperwork, handling resident concerns, and supporting retention programs while meeting established leasing goals. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up with prospects. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with the annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and produce weekly market reports. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service‑request response times, and enforce community policies.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive total‑rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
