About the Role
The District Sales Manager will grow and maintain business within the designated territory. As an outside sales professional, the DSM leverages pre‑engineered metal building knowledge, professional communication, and selling skills to achieve annual sales growth targets. The manager develops strategic relationships with customers and prospects, acting as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and collaborative engagement. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them effectively through the sales cycle. • Input and maintain accurate records in CRM according to company guidelines. • Establish and maintain high‑level, strategic relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

What You Bring
