About the Role

The Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations will lead the Global Marketing Operations continuous‑improvement engine. This role blends marketing‑technology expertise, data orchestration, process optimisation, and change leadership to drive efficiency, standardisation, and innovation across the global demand ecosystem. It is ideal for candidates who thrive at the intersection of martech, data, process, and strategy. • Lead strategic process initiatives within Marketing Effectiveness, aligning with Senior Director, Marketing Operations. • Provide thought leadership on marketing technology, data architecture, and workflow design to improve efficiency. • Diagnose current workflow inefficiencies and design future‑state processes for speed, quality, and consistency. • Create scalable playbooks, frameworks, and standards across markets, regions, and business units. • Design governance models to ensure sustainable adherence to best practices. • Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI, workflow tools, orchestration frameworks, and rules‑based logic. • Evaluate and deploy new technologies that enhance operational efficiency. • Partner with technical experts to translate requirements into actionable project plans for internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with change and enablement teams to ensure adoption of new processes and tools. • Develop clear communication, training, and onboarding approaches for stakeholder groups. • Serve as internal consultant, facilitating workshops, assessments, and roadmapping exercises with business partners. • Influence senior stakeholders through data‑driven storytelling and strategic recommendations. • Define roadmap and prioritize themes for marketing effectiveness transformation within the first 12‑18 months. • Deliver measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, automation, or process quality. • Build strong partnerships with project, technical, and enablement leaders, achieving positive stakeholder feedback.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in marketing operations, martech strategy, or demand generation operations. • Proven track record delivering projects within maturity frameworks in complex stakeholder environments. • Strong knowledge of marketing technology stacks and workflow management tools. • Demonstrated success in process optimisation, workflow redesign, and operational scaling. • Ability to lead cross‑functional workstreams and influence without direct authority. • Experience implementing organizational change, including training and enablement. • Background in consulting, transformation, or continuous improvement roles; preferred AI‑driven automation experience. • Demonstrate improved cross‑team alignment and collaboration.

Benefits

The position is a back‑fill for the Toronto, Canada office (targeted base pay CAD 112,000‑162,000) and the Dallas, United States office (targeted base pay USD 136,000‑204,000). Compensation ranges reflect role, level, and location and may be adjusted based on skills, experience, and education. Bonus, equity, and benefits are offered in addition to base salary.
