About the Role

The role leads the end-to-end forecasting process, consolidating inputs across the worldwide sales organization to deliver an accurate, actionable weekly view for the CRO and sales leadership, while ensuring field teams have the necessary tools and data. Located within Sales Strategy & Excellence, this position serves as the process owner for the global sales forecasting cadence and coordinates cross-functional strategic initiatives. • Coordinate global sales forecasting cadence, consolidating inputs from frontline managers to executive leadership. • Partner with GTM Strategy, Segment Strategy, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture to provide tools and data for accurate forecasts. • Identify forecast gaps and risks; lead follow‑up analyses and corrective actions. • Integrate indirect channel data (partners) using AI models and regular cross‑functional touchpoints. • Continuously improve forecasting policies, methodologies, templates, and workflows to enhance accuracy and timeliness. • Publish C‑suite‑ready materials with drivers, risks, mitigations, and track forecast accuracy versus actuals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • At least 7 years of experience in sales forecasting, financial analysis or sales operations, including 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven expertise coordinating sales forecasting processes and partnering with finance and strategy teams. • Strong analytical, business acumen, and project management skills in fast‑paced environments. • Proficiency with sales forecasting tools, CRM systems, advanced Excel, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI). • Experience handling large data sets, building forecasting models, and using GDI/GET data systems. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high‑quality work.
