About the Role

The Assembler is responsible for production of all types of 3‑phase transformers in a continuous flow environment to meet the agreed upon customer service requirements. The Assembler performs the various job functions at an acceptable level of efficiency and quality. Operators must be willing to perform various duties and assist all other team members as needed to meet production through the continuous flow line. In this role you will read and interpret shop specifications such as drawings and process sheets, and follow standard work and visual operating procedures to complete tasks. You will build sub‑assemblies using calibrated tooling according to OPS and quality standards, and conduct ratio testing while troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and shipping departments to ensure products are completed and shipped on time, and you will move units using overhead cranes and powered industrial vehicles. • Read and interpret shop specifications, drawings, and process sheets • Follow standard work and visual operating procedures • Build sub‑assemblies using calibrated tooling per OPS and quality standards • Conduct ratio testing and troubleshoot any issues • Move units with overhead cranes and powered industrial vehicles • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and shipping teams to ensure timely completion and shipment

What You Bring

The position requires a minimum of 6 months of experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, reaching, and standing. Only applicants within a 50‑mile radius of Waukesha, WI are considered, though active‑duty military members are exempt from this limitation. No relocation assistance is provided. • Minimum 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, or military experience • High school diploma or GED equivalent required • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks (bend, twist, reach, stand)
