About the Role
Key responsibilities include overall site management, producing and controlling the programme, and supervising its successful delivery. You will ensure daily compliance with health, safety, environment and quality requirements, maintain up‑to‑date site diaries and records, and provide weekly and monthly reports. The role also involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors, managing a specific section of works, and supervising the site team and supply chain. You will report progress and performance to the Project Manager, oversee risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, inductions and safety briefings, and ensure regular inspections, audits and QA documentation are completed. • Lead site management and programme delivery for the A47 project. • Ensure daily compliance with health, safety, environment and quality standards. • Maintain accurate site diaries, records and produce weekly/monthly reports. • Manage stakeholder and subcontractor relationships and supervise the supply chain. • Oversee a specific section of works, directing the site team and monitoring progress. • Conduct risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, inductions and safety briefings. • Perform regular inspections, audits and maintain the QA file. • Report progress and performance to the Project Manager. • Deliver project objectives while controlling cost and environmental impact.
