About the Role

The Associate Director‑level Programme Manager will support the Programme Leader in delivering programmes, ensuring compliance with governance and risk requirements while maintaining contractual deliverables. The role demands a focus on outcomes, benefits realisation, and alignment with the organisational strategy. The position sits within the Real Estate department, focusing on large‑scale transformation projects. It plays a critical role in shaping the delivery of high‑profile real estate initiatives. • Embed the commission vision and inspire the programme team. • Deliver robust management and control frameworks. • Oversee critical programme functions (workstream, PMO, change, risk, reporting) with outcome focus. • Lead smaller‑scale programmes independently. • Implement processes to engage and manage stakeholders. • Manage and report all programme financials. • Define and enforce health and safety safeguards. • Provide exceptional leadership and communication to empower teams. • Maintain a highly organized, methodical, results‑driven approach.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate proven experience in large‑scale real estate transformation programmes. • Hold programme management accreditation and apply it effectively. • Exhibit strong governance, risk, stakeholder, and financial management track record. • Possess a degree in construction, real estate, or facility management. • Have project management experience in construction or real‑estate consultancy. • Bring programme management experience within real estate. • Hold professional membership (e.g., RICS, APM, CIOB) or equivalent. • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Show strong leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
