Driller Helper/Construction Laborer

About the Role

• Assist with demobilization of equipment • Mix drilling mud and grout • Handle drill pipe and casing • Operate auxiliary equipment between projects • Load and unload equipment and materials • Drive company vehicles to job sites • Support drilling procedures on the platform • Follow all safety and quality regulations • Maintain a clean and orderly drilling platform • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks • Conduct inventory stock intake as needed • Haul, lift (60‑80 lbs), move, and dig materials • Work outdoors in all weather conditions • Operate heavy machinery safely • Obtain CDL eligibility and meet insurance requirements • Travel to multiple locations as required • Utilize Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

What You Bring

This role offers hands‑on training with state‑of‑the‑art drilling technology under the guidance of a Lead Driller. The successful candidate will handle drill pipe and casing, operate auxiliary equipment, and adhere strictly to safety and quality regulations. The position requires a minimum 40‑hour work week, with overtime eligible for non‑exempt employees. Travel is 100% within the greater Northeast region, requiring away‑from‑home availability Monday‑Friday and scheduled Saturdays, with lodging provided for overnight stays. Work is performed on site in varying weather conditions and involves physical demands such as standing, bending, and lifting. • Stand and bend for extended periods • Hold a high school diploma • Lift weights of 50+ lbs overhead • Possess OSHA 30 certification (preferred) • Maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license • Willingness to engage in physical labor • Possess rigging, mechanical, or welding skills (preferred)

Compensation is hourly, ranging from $35.70 to $37.00, with overtime pay for hours over 40.
