About the Role

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large‑scale capital programs. • Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors, providing guidance and recommendations. • Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval. • Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling. • Consolidate contractors’ schedules into the IMS. • Assess impacts on the critical path and near‑critical activities and report findings. • Monitor schedule deviations and variances and help develop corrective actions. • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to measure project progress. • Review schedules regularly with project team members to ensure accurate, timely data. • Prepare and deliver schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analysis periodically. • Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances that may affect schedule performance. • Ensure credibility of schedule information and maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout project stages. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support scheduling as a project‑controls function on a large‑scale project. The role requires a proven track record of delivering construction project‑control services and will involve developing and maintaining the project Integrated Master Schedule, advising stakeholders, and ensuring schedule credibility throughout the project lifecycle. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience delivering construction project control services. • Proven experience working within a complex matrix organization. • Expertise in Primavera P6. • Excellent communication skills.

Benefits

The full‑time position offers a salary range of $140 K‑$170 K, reflecting base salary only and subject to adjustment based on experience.
