About the Role
In this remote role (with occasional visits to the customer office in Erlanger, KY), you will lead software implementations, translate requirements into specifications, collaborate on frontend integration, design enterprise integration architecture, and participate throughout the software development lifecycle while mentoring team members. • Lead software implementations using C#/.NET Core and ReactJS, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. • Translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Collaborate with architects and front‑end teams to integrate ReactJS components. • Implement integration architecture and data flow across enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, WES, WCS, CRM, and automation platforms. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to delivery, maintaining stability, reliability, and performance. • Resolve defects and conduct investigative analysis during development and release cycles. • Develop reusable solution templates, processes and internal tools to improve implementation efficiency. • Migrate and re‑engineer existing applications. • Build strong customer relationships through responsive interactions. • Mentor and guide team members, demonstrating coding standards when needed. • Conduct development, testing, debugging, and documentation activities.

What You Bring
We seek humble geniuses—innovators driven to design, develop, and test as trusted partners for Fortune 500 customers—who thrive in a diverse engineering team focused on building a brighter future. • 7+ years experience building complex software solutions. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient in C# and .NET Core; willing to learn additional languages as needed. • Experience with ReactJS for UI development and backend integration. • Ability to understand and enhance existing codebases. • Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain concepts. • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Experience presenting technical solutions to customers. • Proficient in T‑SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server. • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices. • Nice‑to‑have: experience with micro‑frontend architecture. • Nice‑to‑have: knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Nice‑to‑have: familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and education, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
