About the Role

The technician will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other rotating equipment, following established standards. Tasks range from supervised to independent work and include developing maintenance procedures and providing work‑order feedback. • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, piping, heat exchangers, and rotating equipment. • Follow PJHA process, observation protocols, and all safety guidelines. • Use hand and power tools, precision alignment, rigging, pipefitting, and welding as needed. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks, and skid loaders safely. • Work at heights using ladders, platforms, scaffolding, and fall‑protection equipment. • Develop and update preventive‑maintenance standards and work procedures. • Complete work orders, time accounting, and administrative tasks accurately and promptly. • Maintain a documented personal tool inventory supplied by the employer. • Provide positive customer service and maintain good employee relations. • Flexibly cover all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required.

What You Bring
