About the Role

The Field Supervisor – Service acts as the technical coordinator between area executives, field employees and customers. He/she is present at examiner sites to collect feedback, plan the daily schedule and ensure smooth execution of service activities. Responsibilities include conducting annual equipment surveys, planning preventive repair schedules, performing NIS for new constructions, estimating extra work and issuing “T” orders. The supervisor also leads toolbox talks, reinforces safety practices and monitors callbacks to reduce recurring issues. Additional duties focus on risk and safety management. The supervisor must ensure that hazards identified in Job Hazard Analyses are mitigated, conduct scheduled EH&S inspections and audits, and complete all corrective actions within the defined timelines. This role also involves performing functional performance audits, participating in incident investigations and maintaining compliance with environmental, health and safety policies. • Coordinate technical activities between area executives, employees, and customers • Attend examiner sites to gather feedback and schedule daily work • Conduct annual equipment surveys and plan preventive repair schedules • Perform NIS for new construction and modernization projects • Estimate non‑prescribed work and issue “T” orders • Lead toolbox talks and reinforce safe work practices • Monitor and reduce top‑ten callback issues through random quality checks • Allocate manpower daily based on callback trends • Meet clients regularly to build rapport, negotiate contract renewals and pricing • Follow up on invoices, payments and update conversion/recovery data in the system • Identify new business opportunities and drive acquisition targets • Mitigate risks identified in Job Hazard Analyses • Conduct scheduled EH&S inspections/audits and close corrective actions on time • Perform functional performance audits and address findings promptly • Participate in incident investigations
