About the Role
The Sales Leader will collaborate with the VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors, and other Bussmann team members to meet annual sales budgets across all Bussmann product lines, while also working with regional sales teams to manage service levels, inventory, training, and emerging events. They will manage and develop the inside sales team to expand external customer relationships and improve internal processes, and will maintain ongoing collaboration with product managers to align sales forecasts with production planning. The role involves developing strategic business partnerships that influence divisional plans and support growth programs, as well as guiding internal functions to understand and act upon account, consumer, and industry insights. • Collaborate with VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors, and Bussmann team to achieve annual sales budgets. • Manage regional sales teams to oversee service levels, inventory, training, and emerging events. • Lead and develop the inside sales team to grow external customers and improve internal processes. • Align sales forecasts with production planning through ongoing product manager collaboration. • Develop strategic business partnerships influencing divisional plans and supporting growth initiatives. • Guide internal functions on account, consumer, and industry insights.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, a valid driver’s license, at least five years of progressively responsible sales experience with electrical products, a bachelor's in Engineering, a minimum of three years in e‑commerce or the electronics market, and cross‑functional leadership experience; success criteria require excellent communication skills, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, a strategic growth mindset, and the ability to travel up to 50%. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver’s license. • Minimum five years sales experience with electrical products; also a bachelor’s in Engineering. • At least three years experience in e‑commerce or electronics market; cross‑functional leadership background. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic growth mindset, and ability to travel up to 50%. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
